National Recovery Service has extended its collaboration with the international Credit Services Association
08.08.2012As a member of the International Association since 2011, National Recovery Service intends on actively taking part in events held by the CSA for the improvement of the debt collection sector and the promulgation of a positive public awareness of the collection industry.
The members of the Association are obliged to carry out their business in accordance with the legislative regulations, support high ethical standards with relation to the debtors, protect the customers’ reputation and improve the sector’s professionalism.
The debt collection sector in Great Britain is extremely well established. Its performance is achieved thanks to the state policy on national financial promotion, the presence of consultants providing credit payment management services, an elaborate legal system and a detailed bankruptcy procedure system. “The CSA is England’s major International Association focused on enhancing the professional level among all debt collection players. National Recovery Service’s membership in the Association is yet another confirmation that the agency is carrying out its business in accordance with legislative regulations and ethical standards,” indicated Sergey Shpeter, Senior Vice-President, National Recovery Service.
“We are most interested in a narrow collaboration with the CSA, sharing experience with the country where debt collection emerged way before it appeared in Russia. We will introduce to the Russian marketplace by means of various mutual measures, some standards established by foreign procedures,” added Sergey Shpeter.
CSA – the only national debt collection association of Great Britain created on March 1988, with a goal to improving the methods and performance of collection agencies, enhancing public awareness of the industry, representation of the collection industry among government officials and much more.
