NRS takes part in the Third International Congress entitled Debt Recovery Market – Trends and Prospects. Leaders’ Experience.
06.11.2012The CEO of National Recovery Service, Artur Aleksandrowicz, presented a paper during the Third International Congress entitled Debt Recovery Market – Trends and Prospects. Leaders’ Experience, organized by the National Association of Professional Collection Agencies and held on October 31, 2012.
The congress has gathered this year some of the top management from collection agencies, representatives from the banking community, representatives from specialized state agencies and public institutions.
Mr. Artur Aleksandrowicz raised a most timely issue regarding the social collection liability. “Unfortunately, individuals with mental deviations are assuming loans three times greater in comparison with the rest of the population,” said the CEO of NRS. And this is why the marketplace is suggesting an urgent need for the creation of a standard practice algorithm that must provide standard competent legal reciprocity with debtors with mental deviations for the lender and debt collection agencies. “We are hence recommending the introduction of a debtors’ rule of conduct and cooperation with individuals suffering from mental deviations into the Ethical Codex of the National Association of Professional Collection Agencies; the provision in each agency of an employee with professional skills appropriate for interacting with such a category of debtors; recommend that the banking community, associations, financial ombudsman institutes develop special procedures for interacting with such deviant debtors,” summed up Artur Aleksandrowicz, CEO, National Recovery Service.
