National Recovery Service organized the Second Annual Conference entitled Changes in Credit Market: Increasing Efficiency and Minimizing Risks

The Conference in Moscow was organized essentially for its customers at the Ritz-Carlton Moscow on June 26th. Мobilized for the first time some of the world’s best gurus from the collection community, who shared their unique international experience with their Russian counterparts. The Conference was held with the participation of FICO, worldwide debt collection process automation leader.

The Сonference showcased Daniel Melo (Director & Head of Pre Sales Consulting for the EMEA Market at FICO), Judy Hammond (President, Resource Management Services, Inc.), Dennis Hammond (President, The Debt Marketplace, Inc.) and Oleg Zeldin (Managing Partner, Apex Berg Contact Center Consulting).

The first part of the Conference was dedicated to current issues regarding delinquent assets in light of an evolving and shifting market. The speakers provided some practical recommendations for aligning an efficient relationship between lenders and collection agencies, shared their foreign expertise in the organization of outsourcing strategies for delinquent liabilities, spoke about lenders’ loyalty programs and the role of BPOs for today’s business models.

Upon completion of the official part of the conference, guests had the opportunity of socializing in a relaxed ambiance at the O2 Lounge, a bar located on the rooftop of the hotel and offering one of the best panoramic views of Moscow.

This year’s now already traditional customer event organized by National Recovery Service brought together more than 150 representatives from banks, insurance companies, telecommunication companies, the energy sector, as well as some microfinance organizations.
